Fried Ripe Bananas

It's traditional, easy to cook, and yummy!

All you need is about 2-4 Ripe Bananas, cut into thin slices, 1 cup of Rice and Maida, about 150 gm of Sugar ,and enough coconut oil to fry the bananas.


Make a thick batter with the Maida and Sugar. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry the bananas until it becomes brown.

You have your mouth-watering fried Bananas!
